7067 (2026). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Does the $61.6 million announced in late 2025 for crisis recovery cafés and peer support in emergency departments represent new funding on top of Budget 2025 health appropriations, or funding already allocated within Budget 2025; if already allocated, why was it presented as a new investment?
