Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Was the $61.6 million investment announced in late 2025 for crisis recovery cafés and peer support in emergency departments appropriated as part of Budget 2025; if so, why was it not identified as a discrete initiative in the published Budget 2025 documents?
