7019 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Transport: What protections, if any, exist in the Minister's department, if any, to prevent New Zealanders' information shared with US government departments, if any, being shared with third parties?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that neither the Ministry nor NZTA share New Zealanders' data with any US government departments, and as a result, New Zealanders' data is not shared with any third parties.
