7013 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Regulation: What advice, if any, has the Minister received on the impact of deregulation on the safety of teachers at Early Childhood Education services?

Hon David Seymour: I have not received any advice on the impact of deregulation on the safety of teachers at Early Childhood Education (ECE) services. However, should any proposals be made to change regulations that relate to the safety of teachers at ECE services, then I would expect to receive such advice.
