6984 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Vocational Education: What protections, if any, exist in the Minister's department, if any, to prevent New Zealanders' information shared with US government departments, if any, being shared with third parties?

Hon Penny Simmonds: I am advised the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) does not share any data it holds, personally identifiable or otherwise, with any US government department.
