Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the last quarter (October - December 2023) toward the outcome ‘Increase integration and coordination of the rheumatic fever prevention and management system’ under ‘Focus area three: Kōkiri Ngātahi System readiness and change’ within the Rheumatic Fever Roadmap?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that the Rheumatic Fever co-design initiative was completed during the October – December 2023 quarter. The final reports and resources which encourage integration and coordination of prevention and management systems has been published, and learnings and resources will be shared and integrated into services across the health system.
