Hon Louise Upston: I am advised by the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) that since 27 November 2023, the Ministry has requested the following asset revaluations: • One asset revaluation to Quotable Value Limited for the following properties owned by the Ministry: o 83 - 93 Mascot Avenue, Mangere o 7 Horopito Street, Mt Eden o 45 Taupiri Street, Te Kuiti o 24 Pyne Street, Whakatane o 22 Bridge Street, Nelson o 7 - 15 Beswick Street, Timaru • Three requests to Melville Jessup Weaver Limited by the Ministry for Social Benefit receivables, valued at the dates below: o for valuation at 31 March 2024 o for valuation at 30 June 2024 o for valuation at 30 June 2025.
