6929 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Prime Minister: What New Zealanders' data, if any, is shared by the Minister's department, if any, with any US government department?

Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: In my capacity as the Prime Minister, I am the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC). The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) is a departmental agency hosted by DPMC. I am advised that the DPMC does not share New Zealanders’ personal data with US Government departments.
