6906 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Social Development and Employment: What New Zealanders' data, if any, is shared by the Minister's department, if any, with any US government department?

Hon Louise Upston: I am advised that the Ministry of Social Development (the Ministry) does not have a formal data sharing agreement with any United States government department. This is because the Ministry does not exchange information with their relevant agencies or any other United States government department.
