Hon Paul Goldsmith: The Ministry engages independent valuers to conduct annual asset valuation exercises to meet the external financial reporting and insurance requirements. Below is a list of asset valuations completed since 27 November 2023: February 2024 - The reinstatement value, reinstatement inflationary provision, and indemnity value of Ministry assets June 2024 – Land and building valuation; Outstanding fines valuation; Fair value of the legal aid receivables valuation February 2025 - The reinstatement value, reinstatement inflationary provision, and indemnity value of Ministry assets
