6865 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: What asset valuations, if any, have been requested by the Minister or their department, if any, since 27 November 2023, and on what dates, if any?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I have not requested any asset valuations, however, the Ministry as part of its day to day workings, engage with businesses to provide asset valuations to meet its statutory requirements. Below is a list of asset valuations requested by the Ministry since 27 November 2023: 1 October 2024 - The reinstatement value, reinstatement inflationary provision, and indemnity value of Ministry assets
