6826 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Foreign Affairs: What asset valuations, if any, have been completed for the Minister's departments, if any, since 27 November 2023, and on what dates, if any?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: Accounting standards require the Ministry to revalue its property portfolio every three years. A property valuation exercise was undertaken in the second half of 2023/24 and the result reflected in the Ministry's 2023/24 annual report.
