6802 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Finance: What protections, if any, exist in the Minister's department, if any, to prevent New Zealanders' information shared with US government departments, if any, being shared with third parties?

Hon Nicola Willis: Information that Treasury may share with other government jurisdictions meets the guidance and policy requirements of the NZ Information Security Manual and other requirements such as those set out in the overarching New Zealand government security Protective Security Requirements.
