6787 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Finance: What New Zealanders' data, if any, is shared by the Minister's department, if any, with any US government department?

Hon Nicola Willis: I have interpreted US government departments to refer to the US federal government departments of the US. RBNZ does not share personal information with these departments. In addition, I am advised that Treasury does not actively share personal about New Zealand citizens or residents with US government departments.
