6745 (2025). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage: What asset valuations, if any, have been requested by the Minister or their department, if any, since 27 November 2023, and on what dates, if any?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Ministry for Culture and Heritage requested an asset valuation of land, building and site improvements on 1st March 2024 for the following locations: • Pukeahu National War Memorial Park • Christchurch Earthquake Memorial • Massey Memorial These asset valuations were requested to inform the Ministry’s year-end financial statements.
