Hon Penny Simmonds: The amount of $756,697 included costs for offboarding and also support costs in addition to redundancy payments, which had some provisional accruals for staff who hadn’t left TEC at 10/7/2024. The amount $746,918 was the actual redundancy amounts paid to staff, excluding offboarding and support costs, and is therefore the accurate cost of redundancies only over the period 27/11/2023 to 7/2/2025.
