Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What emissions-related assessments, modelling, advice, reports, briefings, aides memoire, or any other documents, if any, has the Minister or any member of his Office received or commissioned on raising the speed limits for the Kāpiti Expressway to 110 km/h?

Hon Simeon Brown: I have not received or commissioned any advice on the impact that raising the speed limit of the Kāpiti Expressway to 110 km/h may have on emissions.
