Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What modelling, advice, reports, briefings, aides memoire, or any other documents, if any, has the Minister or any member of his Office sought on the impact that raising the speed limits for the Kāpiti Expressway to 110 km/h may have on serious road incidents and fatalities?

Hon Simeon Brown: I have not received any advice on the impact that raising the speed limit of the Kāpiti Expressway to 110 km/h in regard to this matter.
