6630 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Transport: How many full time equivalent (FTE) roles, if any, were there in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 January 2026?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that as at 1 January 2026, the Ministry of Transport had 260.5 full time equivalent (FTE) roles, and the NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi had 3,219 FTE roles.
