Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter October to December 2024 to achieve the expectation ‘Enable better information and data sharing arrangements across the health and social system that relate to patient outcomes or quality of health services’ under the objective ‘3.1 Benchmark and monitor quality of care’ within the Government Policy Statement on Health 2024–2027?

Hon Simeon Brown: Our Government is focused on delivering timely, quality healthcare for all New Zealanders. As has been said to the Member in previous Written Parliamentary Question replies, Health New Zealand will give effect to the Government Policy Statement through the New Zealand Health Plan.
