6495 (2024). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Further to his response to 516 (2024), why does the Minister and his Office have no policy on recording discussions or decisions of his meetings with their responsible Chief Executives?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that there is no formal office policy for recording discussions or decisions with responsible Chief Executives. Discussions and decisions are recorded as needed, on a case by case basis.
