6477 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Prevention of Family and Sexual Violence: How many vacancies, if any, were there in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 January 2023?

Hon Karen Chhour: The Centre for Family Violence and Sexual Violence Prevention does not hold the requested ‘point in time’ data. Under Speaker’s Ruling 199/6, I do not consider it to be in the public interest for officials to retrospectively collate the requested information because this would require a significant diversion of resource.
