Hon Scott Simpson: I am progressing the Government’ work programme in the Commerce and Consumer Affairs portfolio including legislation to implement the copyright changes we have agreed to in recent free trade agreements. I am considering whether to include a review of Intellectual Property in MBIE’s future work programme
