6435 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister of Justice: How many vacancies, if any, were there in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, as of 1 January 2023?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Ministry of Justice is unable to provide vacancy information as of 1 January 2023 as this information is not available within their reporting system. I am advised for all crown entities I am responsible for, that as of 1 January 2023, only the Human Rights Commission had one vacancy.
