6424 (2025). Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Does the Minister support scrapping the requirement for directors to make their home addresses public, and if so, what work does he intend to progress on this issue?

Hon Scott Simpson: I am progressing the Government’ work programme in the Commerce and Consumer Affairs portfolio including legislation to allow directors’ home addresses to be replaced with an address for service on the Companies Register.
