6371 (2025). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Associate Minister of Housing: Are transitional housing units being left empty in Auckland and if so, why?

Hon Tama Potaka: I am advised that there will always be a level of vacancy in Transitional Housing. Vacancies occur with people leaving the service as they are placed into suitable permanent accommodation or otherwise leave the service. I am further advised that these vacancies are managed by the Transitional Housing Providers.
