Rt Hon Christopher Luxon: "In any Ministerial office, the number and type or focus of roles may change over time. This can be due to changes in portfolio responsibilities or may be due to the discretion of the relevant Department. I am advised by Ministerial Services that it is not possible to provide the level of detail (broken down by each month) the Member is seeking within the timeframe of a question for written answer. However, Ministerial Services have provided a summary of the total number of seconded staff in Andrew Bayly’s office during his time as a Minister. There were a total of 12 seconded staff. Three from Statistics New Zealand, five from MBIE and four from ACC."
