6337 (2025). Helen White to the Minister of Revenue: What advice, if any, has the minister received on the subject of tax settings for charities and, if so, on what date?

Hon Simon Watts: Advice I have received is currently being considered by Ministers as consultations on the taxation of charities and not-for-profits are now open. No decisions have been made. The advice will be released in due course.
