Arena Williams to the Minister of Commerce and Consumer Affairs: Does the Minister agree with Prime Minister Christopher Luxon’s statement that the Government is taking "a breather” on the credit card/paywave surcharge ban; if so, what specific matters, if any, are being reconsidered during this “breather”?

Hon Scott Simpson: As the Prime Minister pointed out, the Government is considering feedback, and will make progress on this bill in due course.
