Reuben Davidson to the Minister for Food Safety: Was Batch #25297, identified as contaminated in the Haeata Community Campus Internal Investigation Report, distributed to Haeata Community Campus or to any other school before Monday, 1 December 2025, in relation to the incident addressed in the Ministry for Primary Industries report School Lunch Collective (SLC) Operations and Recent Investigation December 2025?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: As per the MPI Investigation report, the same meal item (Savoury Minced Beef & Potatoes) was also served on: • Tuesday 25 November 2025 to schools in the South Island. • Thursday 27 November 2025 to schools throughout New Zealand.
