Reuben Davidson to the Minister for Food Safety: What is the Minister’s response to the apparent inconsistency between the Ministry for Primary Industries report School Lunch Collective (SLC) Operations and Recent Investigation December 2025, which concludes that the meals served on 1 December 2025 were leftovers from 27 November 2025, and the Haeata Community Campus Internal Investigation Report, which records observations that the meals served on 1 December 2025 were hot to the touch and showed condensation?
