Reuben Davidson to the Minister for Food Safety: What is the Minister’s response to the difference between the Ministry for Primary Industries report School Lunch Collective (SLC) Operations and Recent Investigation December 2025, which attributes the 1 December 2025 incident to leftover meals, and the Haeata Community Campus Internal Investigation Report, which outlines a documented process whereby leftover lunches are collected by delivery drivers at 2 pm or, if not collected, stored separately in the cafeteria?
