6196 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister responsible for RMA Reform: Which Regional Councils or Unitary Authorities, if any, have an active application (i.e., where a decision has not yet been listed on the MfE website) to progress a plan change under the Government's 'Plan Stop' policy?

Hon Chris Bishop: The following Regional Councils and Unitary Authorities have active applications to progress plan changes: Auckland (helipads, sites and places of significance), Taranaki Region (Policy 43), Environment Canterbury (PC8), Gisborne District (PC7) and Tasman District (PC81 and PC84).
