Hon Mark Mitchell: As the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery, I regularly request and receive advice from officials on matters relating to my Emergency Management and Recovery portfolio. I received the following document from officials in the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) between 17-21 February 2025: Status Report to the Minister for EM and Recovery, 21 February 2025. I also received two documents from the Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery: one on 17 February 2025, one on 19 February 2025; and one document from officials in NEMA on 21 February 2025. It is not in the public interest to release the titles of these documents. Jointly with the Minister of Finance, I received one document from the Chief Executive, Cyclone Recovery on 20 February 2025. It is not in the public interest to release the title of this document. In addition, staff in my office may informally receive documents, including draft documents, from officials in The National Emergency Management Agency and DPMC and from other agencies, and from Ministers’ offices. This information is not held in a format that can be easily extracted within the time frame.
