6170 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister of Education: Following Reply 3993 (2026) from the Minister for Local Government, was the Minister for Education aware that 'do not drink' notices were issued for the drinking water at 45 schools in 2025?

Hon Erica Stanford: I did not receive a summative report about the drinking water quality at the 45 schools where 'do not drink' notices were issued in 2025. These are operational issues, and the Ministry supports schools to lodge a “do not drink” notice within its standard response guidance that is issued immediately upon receipt of the non-compliance notice.
