Hon Chris Penk: - MBIE, Weekly Report to the Minister and Associate Ministers of Immigration, 19 February. - MBIE, LEGAL ADVICE - ADVICE ON DECISIONS MADE UNDER S 190(5) OF THE IMMIGRATION ACT 2009, 21 January. I also receive advice on individual immigration cases inline with my responsibilities as Associate Minister. Due to privacy concerns I do not believe it is in the public interest to release these.
