6136 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister of Local Government: Does the Minister consider the Government's rates cap will affect councils' ability to manage invasive pest species, such as the invasive gold clam in Lake Rotomanu which Taranaki Regional Council cannot afford to eradicate?
