6131 (2026). Lan Pham to the Minister of Health: Following Reply 3993 (2026) from the Minister for Local Government, was the Minister for Health aware that 'do not drink' notices were issued for the drinking water at 45 schools in 2025?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that there is no requirement for Health New Zealand to notify me about the issuance of 'do not drink' notices.
