6038 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Have any concerns about the Large-Scale Project (LSP) programme been raised with him as a result of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development’s review of the programme and if so, what were those concerns?

Hon Chris Bishop: Following the Independent Review of Kāinga Ora and the Turnaround Plan, I directed the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development to commission an Assurance Review of the LSP programme. I will provide Cabinet with oversight of the findings of this work, alongside next steps, before the middle of the year.
