6018 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Local Government: What methodology did officials use to assess stormwater depreciation recovery across councils’ Water Services Delivery Plans, if any, broken down by council and methodology?

Hon Simon Watts: I am advised by the Department of Internal Affairs that officials were required to assess the Water Services Delivery Plans as provided by councils to ensure that they were appropriate and consistent with other audited statutory council reports.
