5990 (2026). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Media and Communications: How many graduate positions, if any, were there in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, between November 2023 and November 2024?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: I am advised that the Broadcasting Commission (NZ On Air) had one graduate position. The Broadcasting Standards Authority, Television New Zealand (TVNZ) and Radio New Zealand (RNZ) do not offer full time graduate programmes. I am further advised that TVNZ and RNZ instead offer various short-term internships and scholarships for students and recent graduates.
