Rt Hon Winston Peters: In my capacity as the Minister of Foreign Affairs, I took the following papers to Cabinet during the week beginning 17 February 2025: - Russia Sanctions Amendment Regulations 2025 - Proposed Overseas Travel: Rt Hon Winston Peters - February/March 2025 - New Zealand's contribution to the World Bank's International Development Association (IDA) 21st Replenishment - New Zealand Assistance for Ukraine: Military Options 2025-2026 (Joint Cabinet paper with Defence) It is not in the public interest to release one title taken to Cabinet during this period to avoid prejudice to negotiations.
