Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Land Information: What consultations did the Minister’s departments, if any, open for the period Monday 10th February to Sunday 23rd February, with employees around any changes to employment roles, employment numbers and any other employment conditions and what date are any such consultations expected to close?

Hon Chris Penk: Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) opened consultation on its Flexible Working Arrangements Policy on Monday 10 February. The policy focuses on updated and clarified flexible working arrangements aligned to Government expectations and Public Service Commission Guidance. Consultation on this policy closed on Friday 21 February. The policy applies to all LINZ permanent or fixed term employees.
