5889 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: How many Full-Time Employees, if any, are currently working on implementing the changes to the Accredited Employer Work Visa?

Hon Erica Stanford: As at the week ending 28 February, approximately 37 FTEs are working on the implementation of changes to the AEWV policy. In addition to this there are staff who make up a further 0.3 of an FTE working on the changes to the AEWV policy. This implementation involves teams across MBIE and INZ including ICT, Operational Policy, Service Design, Change Delivery, Communications, Stakeholder Engagement and Risk & Verification teams. These figures do not include Managerial oversight.
