Hon Chris Penk: The documents I received from MBIE during the week beginning 16 February 2026 are listed in the table attached. I also receive advice on individual immigration cases in line with my responsibilities as Associate Minister. Due to privacy concerns, I do not believe it is in the public interest to release these.
