5805 (2024). Lemauga Lydia Sosene to the Minister of Internal Affairs: What recommendations has the Minister seen from Fire and Emergency NZ on increasing the levy?

Hon Brooke van Velden: Fire and Emergency New Zealand is publicly consulting on its proposal to increase levy revenue by 5.2%. Recommendations for potential changes to the levy will be provided to me following this process. Fire and Emergency New Zealand produced an interim Cost Recovery Impact Statement to accompany its proposal.
