5771 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: When, if ever, will the Minister be making a decision on the future of the Arlington development?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advise me that a report will be provided on options for the Arlington development in March 2025. The large site provides opportunities for staging the development over time and to consider the types and number of buildings delivered, while providing value for money.
