5768 (2024). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: When, if ever, will applications for new charter schools be opened?

Hon David Seymour: Applications for new charter schools, and state schools wanting to convert to charter schools, will be opened after the appropriate legislation is introduced in the House. This legislation is expected to be introduced later this year. This is also my response to written parliamentary question 5769 (2024).
