5766 (2024). Dr Lawrence Xu-Nan to the Associate Minister of Education: What reports, briefings, memos, aides-memoire, notes or written advice, if any, has he received regarding risks, if any, in the charter school model for at risk or special education needs students?

Hon David Seymour: I have not received any specific advice from the Ministry of Education regarding the risks of the charter school model for students with special education needs. This is because the legislative settings that apply to state schools will also apply to charter schools.
