5757 (2024). Ricardo Menéndez March to the Minister of Immigration: Has the Minister sought any advice on urgent immigration pathways for Palestinians that she is yet to receive as of 10 March 2024, and if so, what advice has she sought?

Hon Erica Stanford: I have asked officials for a range of advice relating to the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Due to the constantly evolving nature of the situation much of the advice I have received is verbal. I was not awaiting advice regarding urgent new immigration pathways for Palestinians as of 10 March 2024.
